Position: Content Writer (12 months)

Location: Woodlands

Working Hour: Office Hours (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing BluePrint PM SOPs Support.
• Conversion of FE Equipment PM Manual in Word to individual HTML SOPs.
• Handle and convert text content in different language (word.doc) to HTML format.
• Engineering Change Notification (ECN) support.
• Any other BluePrint PM SOPs Support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Basic HTML 5 writing experience.
• Fresh Graduates with learning mind are welcome.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, Japanese, and English, with strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders. Experienced in handling and converting text content in multiple languages (word.doc) into HTML format, including managing translated content.

Clinic Administrator (back-end)

Location: 3 Mount Elizabeth, Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre

Working Days: 5.5 days

Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm , 8:30am - 1:30pm

Salary : $2,300 - $3,000 [ depends on experience ]

Job Scope

• Attend to walk in patients and answering of phone calls
• Support frontline counter duties
• Assist in registration of patients and scheduling of appointments
• Assist in dispensing medicine
• Cashier duties
• Assist medical professionals in clinic daily operations
• Data Entry
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years of working experiences
• Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'O' level.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic computer software
