Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative & Project Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting daily operations, project coordination, and basic marketing initiatives. This role requires strong English communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:Perform general office tasks, including managing communications, handling correspondence, and scheduling.
   Maintain office organization and ensure resources are well-stocked and accessible.
   
2. Project Coordination:Assist with planning and coordination of small projects, ensuring timelines and tasks are tracked effectively.
   Work with team members to gather project updates and maintain clear communication.
   
3. Data Entry & Documentation:Enter and maintain accurate data records, files, and documents as required.
   Update databases and prepare reports as needed.
   
4. Marketing Support:Assist with simple marketing tasks, such as updating content on social media, coordinating events, and managing promotional materials.
   Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
   
5. Customer & Office Support:Answer customer inquiries, provide assistance, and route calls or messages to the appropriate team members.
   Ensure a welcoming and well-organized office environment.
   

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Basic Marketing Knowledge: Experience or interest in simple marketing activities.
• Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software; basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
