- Provide administrative support
- Maintain company records, files, and databases
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other platforms as necessary
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Manage stock inventory
- Assist with other general office tasks as required
- Prior administrative work experience is a plus.
- Competent with MS Office.
- Good communication skills.
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri (7.30am – 4.30pm), Sat (8am – 12pm)
