• 了解并遵守相关法规
• 基本面试，输入帮佣个人质料，拷出一份完整帮佣简单履历
• 筛选有工作潜能的的帮佣进行面试好做内部推荐

这是五天隔周六的工作制度

基本职位要求：

• 精通三大语言
• 持有CEI证书更是加分
• 渴望学习新技能，能够在动态的快节奏环境中工作
• 必须持有适应快节奏的环境和积极进取的态度

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions. No experience are welcomed!

• 9AM - 6PM

Working Location:

• Nearest MRT: City Hall

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, interviewing and staffing of candidates to meet clients' requirement
• Perform Job Matching for our candidates to the client
• Support in administrative duties
• Working in fun, dynamic and fast pace environment

Requirements:

• Able to work in a team

• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
