• Designing and developing: Designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment for monitoring and controlling engineering systems
• Ensuring safety: Ensuring that systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently, and safely
• Collaborating: Working closely with colleagues across several functions, including operations, purchasing, and design
• Preparing documents: Preparing and maintaining engineering project schedules, documenting and controlling engineering deliverables, and writing reports and documentation
• Analyzing data: Analyzing and interpreting data
• Providing technical support: Providing technical support

Working Hrs: 44hrs/Wk

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 3 To 5 years' relevant experience in buildings and underground structures.
• Working experience in the infrastructure sector. Must be fully conversant with BCA regulations;
• able to maintain systematically site records, contracts, documents and meet BCA reporting requirements.
• Fully conversant with Eurocode and appropriate Singapore Standards.
• Able to design concrete, steel and composite structures.
• Committed, meticulous, punctual and a good team player.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Familiar with design software eg. Staad pro, SAP, Robot, Tedds, PROKON, MIDAS Civil etc.

Responsibilities:

• Project coordination and carry out analysis and design of civil, structural works.
• Design of reinforced concrete and structural steel building structures.
• Design of composite structures
• Design of structural steel connections
• Design of drains and sumps, underground and above ground concrete tanks
• Review of CBP and concrete and structural steel works shop drawings
• Quick reply of design changes with calculations and drawings
• Preparation of documents, design reports, making submissions to appropriate authorities and attending project meetings.

Responsibilities :

• Prepares basic reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
• Handling shipping documentation - Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Perform SAP transaction
• Summarise department data produces basic reporting using Microsoft Office and warehouse management tools
• Maintain up-to-date records of orders from SAP and Emails
• Handle email correspondence from customers and planners
• Oversee the order processes from start to finish
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate regular reports for daily and monthly
• Create / resolve issues with damaged items using customer portal

• Perform inbound and outbound data entry
• Ensure documents, data and records are properly updated and kept for ease of retrieval
• Handle administration task on site
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
