We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. This role is crucial in supporting our logistics operations and maintaining an efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including administrative processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff.
• Handle office budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
• Maintain accurate records and manage documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and staff welfare.
• Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office upkeep.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Knowledge of logistics operations is advantageous.

Administrative Staff Job Description:

• To support daily operations; handle general office tasks.
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork.
• Maintain proper records of transactions.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with refrigeration or construction industries is a plus but not mandatory.
