• Plan and generate orders for pick and pack through data-entry
• Assist with shipment and local transportation arrangements and provide necessary documents to ensure smooth and timely incoming & outgoing operations

• Schedule and coordinate daily job requests and follow-up with warehouse team
• Resolve outstanding collection and work closely with customers to rectify and revise PO as requested
• Ensure all Goods Received Notes, shipment confirmation, incoming & outgoing shipment are input into the system on a timely manner
• Scanning of documents and maintain proper filings
• Generate weekly and monthly debit notes for invoicing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibility:

· Provide administrative support to the team.

· Prepare and edit documents & reports.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

· Manage office supplies and inventory.

· Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Work Schedule:

5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day with a 1-hour break, and Saturday, 4 hours a day)
