Duties and responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the sales teams
• Support includes inside sales activities, prepare quotation, tender project and others
• Support the organization to prepare Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Sales Invoice
• Prepare Purchase Request Form, Service Request Form and others
• Liaise with customers, vendors on delivery and installation schedule
• Arrange for timely delivery and liaise with our delivery vendors
• Work with our customers, engineers, partners, suppliers and others on installation schedule
• Ensure the necessary document and information are provided for the installation
• Pro-actively communicate on project status on late shipment, late delivery and delay in installation that impact the organization
• Update information to our ERP software
• Prepare report for Admin/Finance Manager
• Responsible on Account Receivable for the Sales Teams
• Update Admin/Finance Manager on payment / collection

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least "O" Level or equivalent with min 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude
• Good Experience with Microsoft Office like Word and Excel, Outlook
• Good Verbal / Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Requirements for Vet technician:
– Singaporean/PR (WORK PASS HOLDERS NEED NOT APPLY)
– Able to work weekends and weeknights
– Prior work experience in the veterinary industry or graduated with a Diploma in Veterinary technology/Veterinary Bioscience is an advantage but not essential.
– Must be hardworking and a strong desire to learn
– A strong passion and desire to provide the best care for animals

Job Responsibilities:

• Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Documenting processes within computing system.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Information systems or information technology with at least 2-3 years of healthcare administrative experience.
• High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
• Experience in using Microsoft 365 suite of software and tools, SAP and other IT Systems for operations such as CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, Procurement, Data Analytics.
• Basic understanding in healthcare subsidies is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
