Job Description:

Join our team as an Accounts Administrator (AR & Admin), where you will play a vital role in managing partial sets of accounts and ensuring the efficient processing of financial transactions. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounts receivable function while collaborating with a team to achieve organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle partial sets of accounts, including receipts, payments, journal vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions and send out Statements of Account (SOA) to customers to facilitate prompt payments.
• Maintain organized filing of all hardcopy documents to support accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to address ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

• Location: Ang Mo Kio Ave
• Contract: 24 months, renewable
• Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome but must have graduated from an accounting program.

Job Responsibilities:

· Generate quotations for various projects and services.

· Manage and maintain ES accounts.

· Raise purchase orders and ensure timely processing.

· Perform goods acceptance and ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Generate ROP and other necessary documentation.

· Liaise with external contractors, and other subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

· Provide administrative support to the Sea Guardian and Wakeboard O&S teams as required.

· To adhere security protocols and guidelines as per instructed.

Qualifications:

· A background in engineering is required. Diploma.

· Must be a Singaporean citizen..

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Pickup point at Simei.

• Manage office and online administration duties, acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
• Online website processing of Events registration using English and Traditional Chinese language.
• Handle and organize the Non-Profit Organization Events onsite and offsite
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on weekends (off-in-lieu replacement will be given)
• Able to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Fast and Quick to adapt to environment
• Pleasant and communicative and quick in understanding verbal instruction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and interested in IT
• Proficient in using Traditional Chinese both verbally and able to write well as the Organization mainly uses Traditional Chinese in their daily work
