We are a swimming pool maintenance service company looking a Full-Time Accounts Administrator.
Candidates that do not meet the following requirements may apply as well.
Job Scope:
- General administrations and customer service duties
- Issue quotation, invoice, delivery order and credit note
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Bank reconciliation using Xero
- Preparation of payroll
- Preparation of IRAS GST filing
- Preparation of documents required for audit
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
- Diploma in Accounting and Finance is an added advantage
- Singaporean / PR preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
