Our Client is a long established insurance service provider serving the personal and commercial insurances.
The Job:
- Provide administrative support in processing general insurance matters
- Handle walk-in/call-in customers for enquiry on general insurance (e.g. travel, personal accident, motor, etc.)
- Assist in basic accounting (such as calculate premiums, refunds, adjustments, payment, etc.) or other administrative tasks if need be
- Backup co-workers if need be
The Candidate:
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prefer with at least 1 year's related experience in general insurance
- Possess general Insurance knowledge will be a plus
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers)
