Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Forman in administrative tasks such as: photocopies, E-zink cards, cash cards, payslip, PPE insurance and correspondence.
- Prepare & Coordinate the Delivery Orders (D/O); Disposal Orders and Material Request Forms and Purchase Orders.
- Ensure driver timesheets are submitted from the workshop office to HQ in a timely.
- General administrative duties as and when assigned.
- Maintain proper filing system (e.g.: Invoices / documents, etc…)
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate in Office Skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office / E-mail Knowledge.
- Able to work independently in a male environment.
Shift Type / Work Hours
1. Full Time - 5 days work week (8:30am to 5:30pm)
2. Alternative flexible working hours / Part-time available
