Working Hour : 5 days 9am-6pm

Salary : $3000-$3200

Responsibilities
Processing invoices, delivery orders and other documents part of the sales process.
Processing payment for bills and expenses
Secretarial and admin support to director
Liaise with suppliers for deliveries
Data entry, paper work, scanning, photocopying and filing of documents
Provide administrative support
Perform ad- hoc duties assigned

• Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the production department.
• Data Entry and performing production related transactions using ERP system such as process Purchase order and generate reports
• Co-ordinate with Production and Finance on issuing of delivery order and invoicing
• Liaise with forwarder on shipment arrangements and prepare shipping documents
• Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the production department.

Job Requirement:-

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years in administrative role, preferably in manufacturing settings

Work will be at Timmac Kranji

Mon to fri with alternate sat.

Job scope:

1) submission of safety documents to site.

2) quotations

3) claims

4) Worker claims and sub con claims

5) Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials

6) General paperwork

7) Tabulate over time for factory workers

Must be able to use excel and microsoft office. Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.

Construction background is good to have.
