Key Responsibilities:
- Support all administrative affairs of the CEO, assist in the management of home-run procurement, meeting arrangements, event support, etc.;
- Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
- Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Administrative Support for family office: Handle confidential documents, draft correspondence, prepare reports, and manage emails.
- Provide assistance with day-to-day personal tasks and requirements.
Education & Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associate
- Able to travel overseas when necessary
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
