Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
- Assist with preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance for timely delivery and billing.
2. Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate order and product information.
- Resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant teams.
3. Sales Documentation:
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.
4. Sales Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Generate and analyze sales data for trends and improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
