Responsibilities:
1. Assist executives in all aspects of daily work arrangements such as managing executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate priorities;
2. Responsible for meeting minutes of relevant meetings; and the reception of relevant customers;
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior executives to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
4. Draft and proofread emails, letters and other communications on behalf of senior executives;
5. Prepare and edit reports, presentations and various business documents as needed;
6. Cooperate in handling Singapore’s public relations (government, important customers, etc.) and have rich knowledge of business etiquette;
7. Coordinate the processing of requests, approvals and reports from various departments of the company, and register, pre-process, submit and follow-up relevant documents;
8. Complete other matters assigned by the directors and management, including business communication with customers.
Requirements:
• MinimumDiploma degree or above in business administration, secretarial, economics, finance and other related majors preferred, overseas study/work background preferred
• Presentable and well-groomed, good interpersonal communication skills, familiar with business etiquette and social skills
• Good “can do” attitude, meticulous and excellent prioritization skills, multitasking abilities and has initiative
• At least 2 years working experience as an executive secretary or similar position
• Cheerful personality, Well-developed organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin to handle overseas colleagues and clients
• Have a high degree of professional ethics and professionalism, and be able to ensure high confidentiality and consistency
• Intend to develop in the field of personal assistants, have a strong sense of self-management and teamwork
