Responsibilities
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Planning and executing family activities, including helper/driver management, children’s activities and overseas travel arrangements
Coordinate with director regarding daily schedule
Monitoring all household matters, including any maintenance, orderings, renovation matters etc (e.g. groceries, cleaning supplies, etc)
Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Client and his family members
Schedule appointments and management of handling secretarial work
OT is required, need to standby on weekend
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Mandarin and English
High School degree
Singapore Driving license
Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferable in residential areas
Proficiency in computer skills
Able to work independently and multitasking
Well mannered, well organised and detail-minded
