Job Responsibilities:
- Retrieval of advices/documents/statements based on requests from front office, Credit Advisory etc.
- Handling CASA retention renewal, adhoc retention and fresh funds requests
- Handling internal account opening/maintenance/closure instructions and internal transfer
- Handling of account services fees and custody fees
- Preparation of letters to clients
- Handling of Queries from front office
- Ensure proper handling of documents and that all documents are always accounted for
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Banking / Finance or related field, with past internship or office work experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
