Responsibilities :
- Engage walk-in customers to assist travel enquiries and promote travel packages
- To use Company system to generate invoices and receipts
- Help customers to buy and claim travel insurance online
- Assist in application of visa
- Make calls to customers to promote travel packages
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Any ad-hoc duties required
Requirements :
- Singaporeans/PR are most welcome
- Training provided
- 1 year or more relevant experience are welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with management
- Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to write and verbal communication in English and Chinese as translation of work documents and attending to walk in customers needed to be done from time to time
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Able to work on weekends
