Job Description
1. Responsible for managing HR&Admin-related work and providing support to the Group Management team.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations and keep accurate and updated record of the employee records.
3. Implement communicate with other department and ensure adherence to MOM policies.
4. Manage and coordinate with vendors for office services and supplies and ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurements.
5. Oversee general office and company dormitory maintenance to create a conducive environment.
6. Responsible team recruitment, KPI assessment management and compliance management, etc and provide other corresponding human resources support for the company. Including recruiting, interview, salary advice, onboarding/offboarding and work pass application,
renewal and cancellation for Employees.
7. To adhere to the mission and values of the business, develop and apply policies or SOPs.
QUALIFICATION
• Diploma or above, prefer major in Human resource/business or administrative management
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Human resources
• Good communication and teamwork spirit.
• English or Mandarin can be used as a working language.(Need to work with China team)
• Accounting related knowledge or experience as a plus
