Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Executive to join our team in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will handle both accounting and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes while supporting day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other accounting reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and inventory control.
- Ensure timely submission of GST, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Administration:
- Provide general administrative support, including office management, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist HR with payroll processing and other employee-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders for various office needs.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of GST, tax compliance, and financial reporting will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll processing software.
