Responsibilities:
A sales support administrator is a professional who specializes in providing administrative support to a sales team. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes. Here are some key duties and skills associated with this role:
1. Administrative Support: Sales support administrators handle various administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel for the sales team.
2. Order Processing: They assist with order processing, ensuring that client orders are accurately recorded and tracked. This involves coordinating with other departments to fulfill orders promptly.
3. Client Communication: Sales support administrators follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and any other inquiries. Effective communication skills are essential for maintaining positive client relationships.
4. Invoice Management: They check invoices for accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing.
5. Sales Cycle Assistance: These professionals provide the administration and organization that sales professionals rely on to successfully move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals.
6. Group Insurance meeting:Support the meeting agenda and involved in the operational process of servicing intermediaries on existing renewal business/new business acquisition to achieve high renewal retention and business development.
Skill/Requirements
· 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
