The work scope shall primarily be, but not limited to:-
A. Secretary duties:-
1. Collection of client’s details according Company’s requirement
2. Perform KYC, customer due diligence and background search as per instruction
3. Preparation of Incorporation documents and secretary documents as upon request
4. Maintain and update the company’s registers and minutes books.
5. Keep company directors aware of the deadlines for annual returns and any other filings required by ACRA.
B. Admin duties:-
1. Chase debtors every Thursday before 6PM
2. Arrange payment and follow-up on over-due accounts
3. Update and maintain the Invoicing system (Update payment if received)
4. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
5. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like KPI and yearly appraisal of employee
6. Client’s letter arrangement and filing
Requirements:-
• Have INITIATIVE and able to work INDEPENDENTLY or with minimum supervision
• Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Willing to learn, hardworking, independent, self-driven and able to work under pressure
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6.30pm or 44 hours per week (Flexi-time and work days as per TAFEP’s flexible Work Arrangement)
