Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of Document Imaging services and support to the client with minimal or no supervision
• Receive, sort, batch and prepare hard copy documents for scanning
• Remove all bindings correctly, without degrading the hard copy document.
• Repair and prepare hard copy documents for auto-feed scanning as required.
• Operate and maintain high-speed production scanners equipment to scan hardcopy documents to digital form
• Ensure that all required physical pages are scanned and all scanned images are clear, complete and orientated correctly
• Move archive boxes weighting up to 6kg~10kg within storage area

• MIn 'N' Level or have experience in Admin Assistant before

【What you will be doing 】

· Assist in solving problems and complex situations

· Maintain confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.

· Manage travelling arrangement, including visa applications, flights, accommodation and itineraries, etc.

· Able to travel extensively with the CEO

· Organise/manage appointments including setting venues where necessary

· Work independently and fully support the CEO in all areas under his instruction and supervision (both work and personal)

· Ad-hoc jobs as assigned.

【What is required 】

· Able to travel overseas with short notice for extended period or be based in a location overseas

· Able to carry heavy bags

· Highly flexible and organized service-oriented individual

· Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required

· Ability to translate from English to Chinese and vice versa

· Previous work experience as a personal assistant will be considered favorably

· Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

· Singaporeans preferred; candidates who required work pass need not apply

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
