- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning
- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients
- Site & project management from inception to handover
- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines
- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements
● Relevant Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
● Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a project executive role
● Good communication skills both oral and written.
● Able to work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
● Experience in professional lighting industry is a Plus.
● Strong communication and presentation skills with good negotiation and prospecting capabilities.
●Result-oriented and diligent.
● Proficient in MS Office.
●Job will require frequent travelling within Singapore

Discuss with clients regarding project scope, design concept, detailing and etc.
Liaising and meeting with clients, consultants, project coordinators, contractors, suppliers, building management teams,s and other related teams on various stages of interior works.
Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications, and details.
Assist in the submission of design and technical drawings or documentation including preparing material boards and presenting to clients or management teams
Brief and discuss with all related teams on proposed design intents and finishes, including following up on the amendments of drawings.
Any other duties that are required for the company to function effectively and production of design standards.
