- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients
- Site & project management from inception to handover
- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines
- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements
● Relevant Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
● Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a project executive role
● Good communication skills both oral and written.
● Able to work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
● Experience in professional lighting industry is a Plus.
● Strong communication and presentation skills with good negotiation and prospecting capabilities.
●Result-oriented and diligent.
● Proficient in MS Office.
●Job will require frequent travelling within Singapore

Job Description
* Employment as full time job.
* Deliver drawings to support our projects or tenders such as conceptual, 3D perspectives.
* Prepare material sample Board as projects required.
* Laise with supplies, collaborate on projects with design manage as required.
* Any additional responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements
* As least 2 years working experience in interior design field.
* Excellent skill in 3D Max, V-ray, Photoshop.
* Knowledge in AutoCad detail drawing.
* Creative and have knowledge of Sketch up an design project.
* Good team player, able to work independently and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* 5 & half days week ( Mon to Fri 9am-6pm; Sat 9am-12.30pm)
* Singaporean / PR, PRC or Malaysian WP welcome
