Creative Support: Collaborate with the Sales department to drive creative excellence across various projects, including packaging, promotional materials, and digital content.
Concept Development: Assist Creative Leads in the ideation and creation of visually compelling content for social media, videos, brochures, flyers, name cards, banners, beach flags, and other marketing collateral. This includes digital imaging, video editing, pre- and post-production, and traditional artwork.
Team Collaboration: Partner with Account/Project Servicing to support weekly job planning, attend daily briefings, and contribute to the execution of both traditional and digital advertising projects.
Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, providing updates to the Creative Manager, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Innovative Execution: Bring innovative technological ideas to life, support creative processes, and foster a team-centric culture. Collaborate effectively with external creatives, digital/web/app developers, and production associates.
Skills Development: Stay current with the latest creative tools and software, recommend learning opportunities, and support the growth of junior team members alongside Creative Leads.
Efficient Delivery: Ensure all assigned creative deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
Ownership & Adherence: Take ownership of creative projects from concept to completion, adhering to brand guidelines.
Comprehensive Design: Conceptualize and design graphics for a wide range of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines from initial concept through to production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product designers, marketers, and copywriters to develop materials that highlight key features and resonate with our target audience.
Mock-Ups & Production: Create mock-ups, datelines, and print-ready files for various marketing materials, ensuring high-quality and accurate output. Review and approve proofs to maintain quality control during the printing and production process.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on current design trends and competitor strategies across various formats.
Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while balancing creative vision and brand consistency.
Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with regulatory and legal requirements in various global markets.
Vendor Collaboration: Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure all materials are produced to the highest standards.
Pre-Requisites:
Proven experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in graphic and packaging design, preferably in the technology or consumer goods sectors.
Intermediate knowledge of the mass printing industry.
Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing beyond the expected.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with internal teams and external partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Knowledge of 3D rendering and mock-up tools is a plus.
