Job Responsibilities:
· Development of space planning, and design concepts.
· Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
· Prepare for and manage client presentations and meetings.
· On-site visits & design presentations.
· Liaise with clients on design requirements.
· Ad-hoc duties assigned.
· Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or related studies.
· At least 2 Years of working experience in corporate office interior design or a relevant field is required for this position.
· Self-motivated, responsible, and team player.
· Able to take instructions well.
· Manage work under tight schedule and complete on time.
· Meticulous, well organised with good time management.
· Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
· Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.
· Bilingual
· Possess excellent design capabilities, have a flair for creativity and a positive attitude & develop conceptual design to our clients.
Skill(s):
· Autodesk, AutoCAD, SketchUP, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Sketchup + V-Ray & Microsoft Office Suites
· Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
· Possess strong conceptual and experiential design skills.
