Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Conceptualization:Develop creative and practical design concepts tailored to client preferences and needs.
  Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design ideas.
  
• Client Engagement & Sales:Conduct client consultations to understand their vision, budget, and timelines.
  Present design proposals effectively and persuasively, addressing client feedback.
  Close sales by building strong client relationships and demonstrating the value of proposed designs.
  
• Project Management:Oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
  Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to the design plan.
  
• Trend Analysis & Expertise:Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and techniques.
  Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
  

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in residential interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in residential design projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members while taking the lead on projects.
