Your Responsibilities
- Compounding of sweet and savory flavors for flavorists and for Sampling purposes.
- Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials for compounding use
- Good lab management and hygiene practice
- Assist in setting up various material dilutions for tasting
- Assist in sample dispatch
- Ensure correct handling and disposal of raw material
- Required to perform basic analytical support (Flashpoint, SG and RI) to flavor creation and regulatory
Your Profile
- Diploma in Food Science/Chemistry
- Able to withstand strong odours
- Possess a keen sense of taste and smell
- Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with open minded approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
