What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with clients and our team to brainstorm and develop fresh design concepts that capture the essence of each event
• Bring your creative flair to life by designing everything from eye-catching signage and banners to digital assets and promotional materials
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure your designs exceed their expectations. Present your ideas confidently and adapt based on feedback
• Juggle multiple design projects while keeping everything on track. Ensure timely delivery
• Make sure all design align with brand guidelines, creating a cohesive look and feel across all event materials.
• Review your work (and others!) to ensure every detail is on point and visually stunning before submitting for approval
• Mentor junior designers, offering guidance and support as they grow their skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure everything comes together flawlessly
• Stay in the know about the latest design trends and tools. Bring new ideas to the table that elevate the client's event
• Work with project managers to keep your designs within budget.

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced in graphic design, preferably in events or marketing
• A portfolio that showcases your design and creativity

2. Project Management and Collaboration:

Managing Timelines

Ensuring timely delivery of design projects within set deadlines

Collaborating with Teams

Working alongside other teams to align design with overall goals

3. Adaptability and Iteration:

Adapting to Feedback

Receiving and incorporating feedback into design iterations to enhance the final product

Iterative Design

Embracing an iterative design process refining ideas based on testing and user feedback

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might also help if you have the following qualifications:

Job Requirements

· Min Diploma / Degree qualification

· Proficient in professional 2D design software (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)

· At least 3 years experience in an agency

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and illustrative)

· Meticulous, efficient and pro-active

· Confident, independent, and self-motivated

· Team player, able to multi-task and prioritise
