Senior Accounts Executive

Our client is a prominent construction and property development firm in Singapore located in Taiseng.
The Senior Accounts Executive needs to be responsible for handling full sets account including Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) duties, General Lodge (GL) duties. The finance team consist of 3 – 5 person and he/she will be reporting directly to the Manager.

• Remuneration: Up to $5000 (Depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8.30am – 6pm
• Location: Taiseng (15 minutes from Taiseng MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Prepare and handle monthly audit schedules, liaising with external auditors on audit-related matters.
• Maintain financial records related to property transactions.
• Coordinate with tax agents for tax computations and submissions.
• Collaborate with the leasing department to review and assess tenancy contract details.
• Perform credit assessments for tenants.
• Liaise with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) on property tax and stamp duty matters.
• Assist with financial analysis, including the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Monitor and forecast company cash flow.
• Handle additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or relevant field
• Minimum 3 –years of relevant experience in handling full sets accounts
• Knowledge and experience in Construction and Property background is preferred
• Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage
• Highly detail-oriented and precise in handling financial figures and documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all accounting tasks.
• Ability to work in fast pace environment
