We are representing our client (a precision engineering company) to look for a great team player to join their team. This role will report directly to the Financial Controller.
SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE OR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full set accounts including audit schedules and reporting packages
- Prepare management reports, budget and forecast
- Review invoices posting and process payments
- Prepare intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system
- Review staff claims to ensure it is accurate and supported before payment is made
- Prepare corporate tax/withholding tax, liaise with tax agents on the tax filings
- Cashflow monitoring, maintain daily cashflow and prepare weekly cash report
- Prepare annual financial statements and XBRL filing
- Handle Fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
- Liaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirements
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in the related field
- At least 3 years' working experience in operations accounting with full set experience
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good team player with positive work attitude and able to multi-task
- Independent, meticulous, and good interpersonal and communication skills
