Introduction
The Campaigns Lead will oversee Campaign Planning and Operations. This position will work alongside key stakeholders in Product, Growth, Marketing and Commercial teams to drive customer value proposition, customer journeys and processes that are customer focused. You will also work alongside Tech Ops, Data, and Mobile teams to drive data-driven strategy to bring campaign ideas to life and maintain ecosystem stability.
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all BTL campaigns end-to-end process to ensure smooth delivery and customer happiness.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure plans are being executed based on aligned strategies and principles.
- Maintain the Customer Contact Policy to safeguard the brand image and drive meaningful engagement with our customers to drive consumer satisfaction.
- Lead update with Senior Management and key stakeholders on performance with recommendations to improve plans.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders Product, Design, Mobile and Data to deliver delightful experiences for customers via owned channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- 5 to 10+ years relevant experience, in CRM, B2C digital marketing and campaign management, across digital and mobile channels.
- Prior experience in banking / financial services an advantage.
- Proven track record with experience managing a team and leading the team to success.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build good relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Possess strong customer focus.
