Responsibilities

Temporary Staff Management

1. Collate bimonthly temporary staff requisition request from all divisions.
2. Seek and consolidate assessment of temporary staff requisition requests for management approval.
3. Answer to divisions' temporary staff requests and enquiries
4. Liaison point between hiring divisions and recruitment agencies.
5. Process monthly e-invoices for temp staff salaries by recruitment agencies
6. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for temp staff
7. Manage temporary staff record.

Recruitment operations

1. Schedule recruitment interviews
2. Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g., get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)
3. Administer reference checks.
4. Send reject emails and track reasons for rejection.
5. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

1. Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
2. Possesses good organizational skills and is meticulous.
3. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and a team player.

Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support to the team for undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships application and selection cycle (e.g. answering public queries, support for applications and selection, offer and award etc.);
2. Be the first point of contact for undergraduate and postgraduate scholars studying in tech and media at local and overseas universities. Process all scholar support cases (Academics or employment related) assigned in a timely manner.
3. Work with internal company stakeholders and outsourced vendor on the onboarding of new undergraduate/postgraduate scholars, and manage the processing of claims for scholars.
4. Track milestone deliverables and budget utilization for undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships; and
5. Provide support for events (e.g. scholarship fairs, award ceremony, onboarding of new scholars).

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration. Data/Business Analytics, Economics, Communications and any relevant fields of study or;
• Diploma holders with relevant experience is welcome to apply too.
• Possesses good organizational and programme management skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Has an interest in engaging people and building networks, especially for young talent in tech and media sectors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PPT etc) and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense)
• Dynamic, independent and result-oriented team player with strong initiative
• Good interpersonal, written and communication skills with a good command of English.
