Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in project planning, including the coordination of architectural trades, finishes, and interfacing with M&E and structural details.
- Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as per the project schedule.
- Plan and coordinate on-site activities, working closely with subcontractors and their supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality and detailing of architectural works meet project standards, regulatory requirements, and maintainability criteria.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to address design and construction challenges.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field; a BOA-recognized degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural project management, with a preference for candidates with MOHH project experience and at least one completed project cycle.
- Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in interpreting and producing construction drawings with attention to detail.
- Possess knowledge of BIM/VDC tools and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
