Responsibilities
- Report to the Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project Engineer.
- Planning and coordination of architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Supervise and inspect construction activities to confirm compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address technical and design-related challenges.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, mechanical, and electrical components of the project.
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues related to design and detailing, ensuring a seamless workflow.
- Support the submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
- Liaise with the project team to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates on project milestones.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support project delivery.
- Lead and guide RC (Reinforced Concrete) workers, if applicable, to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
