We are looking for a seasoned AWS Technical Architect to design, implement, and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services, infrastructure automation using Terraform, and in-depth knowledge of networking, compute, storage, database, monitoring, and alerting solutions. This role is critical to ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and efficient.

Required experience of GCC and IM8 policies.

Experience with advanced AWS tools and frameworks like Kinesis, Chime, OpenSearch, and Generative AI (GenAI) using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture and Design

• Design and implement highly available, resilient, and scalable architectures on AWS, including networking, compute, storage, and database solutions.
• Architect solutions that leverage AWS best practices for security, cost optimization, and performance.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Develop, maintain, and manage Terraform configurations for automated provisioning and management of AWS resources.
• Implement best practices in version control, modularization, and reuse to ensure IaC maintainability and scalability.

Networking and Security:

• Design secure VPC architectures, subnets, routing, VPNs, and peering connections for multi-region and hybrid environments.
• Manage security groups, network ACLs, and identity access management (IAM) to ensure a secure AWS environment.

Compute, Storage, and Database Solutions:

• o Leverage AWS services like EC2, ECS Fargate, and Lambda for compute workloads, based on application needs.
• o Design scalable storage solutions using S3, EBS, and EFS.
• o Architect and optimize database solutions with RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora.

Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting:

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) to ensure observability and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Set up proactive alerts and monitoring for performance and security issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have robust OSS/BSS experience, particularly with order provisioning and fulfillment, strong technical and integration skills, and the ability to act as an effective liaison between business and technical teams. Additionally, they should be adaptable and proactive in learning new areas and communicating across departments.

Responsibilities:

• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using your in-depth knowledge of Solution Architecture.

• You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

• In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.

• You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Solution Architecture is required, along with proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Planning Costing & Pricing, and other relevant skills.

• Develop innovative and differentiated solutions that meet client requirements

• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions

• Provide expertise and guidance in Solution Architecture Contribute to key decisions and problem-solving across multiple teams

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Solution Architecture

• Salesforce or Cloudsense techno functional knowledge - about 2 year’s experience

• 2+ years of experience as Solutions Architect in BSS and/or Integration domain

• Functional knowledge about Telco Order Management Systems capabilities and CPQ capabilities.

• Experience of leasing with CSP's E2E SA and Domain SA

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
