About the Role: As a Graphic Designer & Content Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity through impactful short-form videos and captivating graphics. You’ll be responsible for crafting visuals that engage our audience across social media, with a particular focus on platforms like Twitter and other Web3 hubs.
Responsibilities:
- Create Impactful Content: Design short videos and graphics for Twitter and other Web3 platforms, focusing on driving engagement.
- Collaborate with Innovation: Partner with the marketing team to ensure visuals align seamlessly with our brand voice and messaging, helping translate complex ideas into visually accessible content.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Experiment with popular tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva to produce high-quality visuals that resonate with the latest social media trends.
- Adapt for Web3: Shape a consistent yet adaptable design aesthetic, helping us reach diverse audiences in the Web3 community.
- Take Initiative: Go the extra mile by proactively bringing fresh ideas to the table and supporting teammates as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience & Portfolio: At least 3+ years in graphic design, a strong portfolio that demonstrates your talent for short-form videos and high-quality visuals.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma. Familiarity with UI/UX is a plus.
- Web3 Enthusiasm: Passion for blockchain or crypto-related topics, with hands-on industry experience preferred.
- Organized Creativity: Skillful at managing projects and meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Startup Mindset: Willingness to go above and beyond, work collaboratively in a small team, and adapt to new challenges. Flexibility to wear multiple hats and support teammates is key.
