Position: Baker-Chef De Partie
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily preparation and baking of breads and viennoiseries.
- Ensure all baked goods are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
- Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a bakery.
· Possess passion for baking, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
· A team player and willing to learn and adapt.
