Job responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in reviewing technical documents and providing feedback.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on customer specifications and drawings.
- Generate quotations and perform follow-up actions to close sales.
- Provide technical and engineering support to sales personnel.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical specifications.
- Offer technical assistance to customer service related to product issues.
- Monitor and update the status of sales quotes and proposals.
- Update and maintain the costing master list.
- Assist in sourcing new materials and suppliers as required.
- Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System), EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), and L&E (Labor & Ethics ) procedures.
- Support various sales-related projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with 2 – 3 years working experience in the printing/label industries an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft office and IT savvy
- Driven with positive mentality, strong initiative and a team player
- Resourceful, meticulous, willing to be hands on
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and customer service skills
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
