- Salary: Up to $2500 per month
An established third party logistics firm, is looking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate shipment bookings with internal freight forwarding division
- Work closely with customer service on cargo volume requirement & warehouse operations for transfer of cargo
- Liaise with overseas agent on confirmation, pre-alerts and issues of shipping documents and bill lading
- Ensure shipping data is updated
- Perform issuance of invoices of shipments and non-shipments
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma and above
- Some relevant work experience in shipping or freight forwarding preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
- Able to commence work on short notice will be advantageous
