Responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Program and project-level estimation of resources, costs, benefits, and cost savings. Additionally, estimation of infrastructure needs, including the number of licenses, servers, and VMs.
- To ensure the RPA team adheres to standards for design documentations (SDD) for solutions, test scenarios/procedures, configuration, and change management of RPA processes and objects per SDD.
- To support RPA Project Managers in managing project schedule, quality, budget, and user relationships.
- Troubleshoot and design technical workarounds for difficult automation problems.
- Conduct due diligence of technical risks associated with automation and develop a mitigation plan.
- Initiate Proof of Concept (POC)/Prototyping initiatives.
- Deploy and troubleshoot RPA platform issues.
- Review developed RPA solutions to ensure implementation readiness in terms of quality.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Design and upkeep automation architecture, liaising with IT stakeholders to ensure infrastructure aligns with automation requirements.
- Manage tool versioning at the enterprise level, schedule and monitor deployed automations, and maximize value from automation licenses.
- Uphold RPA skills through certification, forums, and workshops, including tools and best market practices.
- Support the project team in executing day-to-day tasks and developing our RPA competence group.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- 10+ years of hands-on IT experience with a solid background in .Net.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and mainframe deployments.
- 4+ years in RPA, with at least 2 years as an architect in RPA, using leading tools such as Automation Anywhere/UI Path.
- Should have owned the technical stack for 3+ enterprise-level RPA engagements.
- .Net technical skills are a must, and the candidate should have carried out .Net implementations in multiple projects.
- Documentation and presentation skills using MS Office.
- Structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with senior management and drive communication.
- Experience with RPA architecture design and CoE setup.
