Job Responsibilities:

• Develop BIM Model based on the requirements from the Onsite BIM Consultants
• Audit model and BIM data to insure data integrity and consistency
• Trouble-shoot & resolve BIM issues pertaining to BIM models
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines and subcontractors
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple disciplines and sub-contractors to deliver and/or manage BIM data, if needed via online system / email etc
• Audit and report project metrics related to the BIM model and data as defined by the customer’s team
• Generate progress & status reports
• Support sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing; marketing and presentation.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience of BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop, document and support the build of high precision plastic injection tooling and molded parts for manufacturing
• Support Program team during upfront new project quotation stage by providing accurate upfront tooling/product DFM that matches the right quality requirements
• To meet customer for DFM and mold concept review to ensure customer’s technical requirements and concerns are addressed
• Support Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews before tool launch
• Support Production in areas like molding process optimization, implement manufacturing fixtures and automation for reliability and efficiency improvements
• Support Quality Team in the design and fabrication of test/measurement fixtures
• To coordinate mold trials, tooling and molded part troubleshooting and carry out necessary engineering changes to ensure parts can be produced smoothly with the required quality
• Any others ad hoc duties a s assigned

Job Requirements:

• Past working experience or knowledge of Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding Process or Manufacturing Process Engineering related field preferred
• Possess knowledge/experience in 3D CAD software skill for Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above is an advantage
