The Team:

The Marketing team at NTTY X is a closely-knit community filled with creative individuals that are driven to provide marketing strategies and ideas for brands. The team covers areas including campaigns creation and management, consultancy, partnerships, research and analysis. The team is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing impactful market activities with meaningful content. Leveraging on both offline and online media, the team is responsible for data driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to ensure that the target audience is reached. Championing an agile culture, the team is often seen bouncing ideas off each other while strategizing.

Job Description:

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute marketing campaigns for brands including new launches, themed campaigns and ambassadors partnership
• Lead strategizing conversations, ideate and propose potential market activities
• Write meaningful and quality content marketing posts
• Engage and interact with data points, to derive meaningful conclusions
• Propose data-driven solutions based on analytical reports
• Work with the digital marketing team on various deliverables

The Team:

Our design team is filled with creative personalities that are always ready with ideas. The team is responsible for developing engaging and impactful designs that go beyond the aesthetics. Our design team produces a range of designs from collaterals to print media design as well as digital media design. Championing an agile culture, the team is often seen bouncing ideas off each other while strategizing.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Creative Team on creative projects
• Propose creative directions in ideation, execution & production phases
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the Marketing team
• Develop and manage innovative graphic designs; update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
• Uphold visual communication & brand standards for the company & clients
• Manage creative timelines from concept to completion
• Create daily content
• Manage project workload and monitor deadlines and quality of layout, style & tone of all work produced
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing team, creative team and clients
• Spot and predict trends important to readers and creators in categories including f&b, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc

Requirements:

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills!
• Strong in Advertising Concepts (i.e. reasons for design applications], and Brand Collateral designs
• Able to manage between delivering quality work and respect project deadlines in place
• Experience in a creative role such as Creative Designer, or Digital Creative within a creative agency or in-house creative marketing team
• Portfolio focused on advertising
• Familiar with Adobe creative suite software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Knowledge on software such as After Effects & Blender are a plus
• Knowledge on WIX Web platforms are an advantage
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail along with good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
