We are seeking a friendly, professional and organized VIP Concierge Manager to join our Eureka Griffin Fine Art Club in Bukit Timah area. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day needs of the Art gallery & its members and will also have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This role involves being detailed oriented, maintaining the front office, administrative tasks including online services, retail operations, invoicing, answering to members’ request, daily opening and closing of the gallery, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a positive and welcoming environment at the Gallery
• Greet and assist members, client and visitors with inquiries and provide information about Gallery services in a professional manner.
• Coordinator of Gallery daily open and closing
• Process online invoicing, payments, services and transactions
• Coordinate with the Director of the Gallery events, exhibitions & private dining
• Coordinate with admin to order and maintain inventory supplies for the gallery
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the gallery
• Act as liaison between clients, artists and gallery management
• Communicate Clubhouse policies and procedures to clients, members & visitors
• Manage booking and scheduling of appointments for private dining and events
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client information.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of associate's degree in hospitality, Customer service, F&B, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role. (preferably in a customer service or administrative setting)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
• Knowledge of art and studio operations is a plus but not required
• Work in service line like F&B , Hotel, Cabin Crew preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
