Expand Communications is a Singapore-based subsidiary of GMCOM Group, a renowned global marketing communications agency in South Korea with a wealth of 22 years' experience. As an Event & Marketing Communications agency, Expand Communications specializes in delivering integrated marketing communication services that revolve around the core values of passion and trust.
We are currently seeking talented individuals who are passionate about events and project management to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to make a proposal including whole process of the event, fresh idea and competitive budget etc.
- Leading and managing a team, providing guidance and support.
- Ability to make a proposal including the whole process of event planning, fresh ideas and competitive budget plan etc.
- Overseeing event planning, management, and successful delivery, including conferences, virtual and live events, road shows, promotions, exhibitions, and summits.
- Taking responsibility for marketing and operating exhibition spaces, ensuring effective hall management.
- Playing a key role in preparing high-quality proposals and presentations that showcase innovative ideas.
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions to generate client-focused strategies.
- Championing the development and implementation of new approaches for successful events.
- Managing projects from initiation to completion, including client liaison, planning, budgeting, timeline management, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and digital integration.
- Overseeing event setup and production, ensuring efficient supplier and contractor management.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development by identifying growth opportunities.
- Compiling comprehensive post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experiences in event management.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Extensive experience working on diverse projects, including exhibitions, seminars, product launches, promotions, live events, and conferences, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in client and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong experience in proposal preparation and delivering impactful presentations.
- Willingness to travel overseas for work, if required
