Seeking a skilled professional to manage project costs, prepare quotations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient renovation and construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Review renovation plans and prepare cost estimates.
- Monitor budgets, material costs, and contracts to secure optimal deals.
- Collaborate with clients, site managers, and contractors.
- Prepare reports, risk assessments, and related documentation.
- Track material usage and coordinate replenishments.
- Document design changes and update budgets accordingly.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of construction or renovation.
