As the Head of Design, you will define and own design outcomes, product quality and co-own the product strategy for the team(s) that you are managing. You will partner with Product, Design and Engineering leadership in exploring the needs of our users and the business and driving the delivery of impactful experiences that drive our mission forward. What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 7+ years experience managing high performing design teams.
• An online portfolio or case studies demonstrating user-centred design and leadership.

We are looking for an experienced Integration and automation architect to help develop the strategy, standards and guidelines to support business productivity and workflow orchestration use cases.

You will work with our Enterprise Architecture team reporting to the Head of EA and also build close relationships with application system owners, business stakeholders and engineering teams. Your work will ensure that GTS is equipped to offer sustainable technology solutions supporting outcomes with the latest technology capabilities and developments in AI and Orchestration. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Partner with the Orchestration and Innovation teams within GTS to develop standards and frameworks for Integration and orchestration architecture
• Develop working relationships with software vendors and engineering teams alike to gain an intimate knowledge of the technology options available for implementation.
• Work with GTS IT Partners to understand the demands coming from the business and to help frame opportunities and solution options for achieving outcomes.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for AI and Orchestration technology capabilities in Enterprise IT.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 10 years of experience in architecting workflow orchestration solutions on iPaaS platforms (e.g., UIPath, Workato, Mulesoft, OIC, Knime).
• Experience working with ERP solutions to develop integration and orchestration workflows
• Experience with enterprise-scale data management, including data lakes, data warehouses, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience designing solutions on cloud platforms.
• Track record in designing data integration architectures, pipelines, and data orchestration strategies for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and security frameworks in regulated industries.
• Experience in enterprise IT environments, including deploying and scaling Automation and Integration solutions across multiple departments and regions.

GrabDefence (GD) is looking for an experienced Solution lead to be part of a dynamic growing team, which thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial individual who will play a central role in our go-to-market and customer engagement as well as building out our customer pipeline.

As the Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for;

• Develop solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations - translating the solutions into meaningful experiments supported by business cases
• Craft solution offerings to solve customers challenges and go-to-market plays that include business and commercial cases, first call decks, marketing material and other repeatable assets
• Prepare and deliver the business value propositions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase GD’ technical feasibility
• Describe to customers alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk when several options are available, i.e., you should be able to help customers make build/buy decisions. You are to operate as a knowledge broker and trusted advisor on Enterprise anti-fraud systems offerings and provide guidance, direction, and assistance on complex sales engagements.
• Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with customer requirements
• Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process including responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
• Liaising with the broader team, including PMs, Engineering, Analytics and Strategy team to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
• Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
• Comfortable negotiating technical aspects with the C-suite
