As part of a high-performing Implementation and Solutions team, you will take a lead role in driving forward new Enterprise RPO & Project Solutions globally.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and implement bespoke outsourced recruitment solutions aligned to the client’s requirements, whilst supporting with the client onboarding process and transition to our award-winning operations team. You will be responsible for establishing and evolving exceptional relationships with existing and prospective clients, through the provision of a highly consultative and client centric approach throughout the design and implementation process.
What you will be doing:
- Designing tailored solutions for new deals and renewals based on client needs
- Manage pricing for new opportunities and work closely with Business Development leaders to create compelling commercial offerings
- Manage and coordinate the end to end delivery of implementation RPO and Recruitment projects, including scoping, planning, executing and closure
- Lead cross functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders ensuring successful project delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and success
- Attend and actively participate in client briefings pitches, locally, regionally and globally
- Utilise project management tools and techniques and drive innovation through technology enabled solutions
- Enable continuous improvement for existing clients and projects
Who you are:
- With a track record of delivery within the RPO/ recruitment space, you will be adept at engaging with business leaders and developing strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- An experienced RPO leader with exceptional communication and outstanding problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to come up with creative solutions to new problems
- Highly commercial with proven project management expertise, stakeholder management and operational management success across a portfolio of clients and industry sectors
- You are energetic, committed and results oriented
- You can think on your feet with an attitude and approach to thinking about things differently, seeking out better ways, embracing critical questioning, innovation and continuous improvement.
